Warranty Information

90 Day Warranty Included. Extended warranty is available. Contact your sales rep for more information. We offer a 90 day warranty on all products sold so you have the peace of mind that you will be taken care of in case ANYTHING were to go wrong with your order. We also provide excellent customer service and are always here when you need us. Warranty are for products that are defective or fail within the 90 day period. Limited warranty will not apply for items that were damaged due to installation.

 

Limited Hardware Warranty Terms

The following are special terms applicable to your hardware warranty. Your formal Warranty Statement, including the warranty applicable to Manufacturer Hardware.

 

30 Day Return Policy - Replacement, Refund Procedure for Hardware: All non-defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of Computer World team, and based on the item being returned. All returned products must be 100% complete and UN-opened if new. Computer World or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within ten (10) working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times may vary depending on Customer location. Computer World reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.

 

To Receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number: Please contact the party from whom you purchased the product. If you purchased the product directly from COMPUTER WORLD, contact your Computer World Sales and Service Representative.

 

Exclusions

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. Limited warranty will not apply for items that were damaged due to installation. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements.

Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event, will Computer World LLC be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.

 

Electronic Licenses and Product Keys: All sales on product keys and Electronic licenses are final. Due to the nature of these types of products, once these items have been delivered they cannot be returned for any reason.

COMPUTER WORLD One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

• Hardware replacement: COMPUTER WORLD or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within 10 working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times might vary depending on customer location.
• Hardware warranty commences from the date of shipment to customer (and in case of resale by a COMPUTER WORLD reseller, not more than 90 days after original shipment by COMPUTER WORLD).

COMPUTER WORLD Two-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

• Warranty duration: 2 years
• Hardware replacement: COMPUTER WORLD or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within 10 working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times might vary depending on customer location.
• Hardware warranty commences from the date of shipment to customer (and in case of resale by a COMPUTER WORLD reseller, not more than 90 days after original shipment by COMPUTER WORLD).

COMPUTER WORLD Three-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

• Warranty duration: 3 years
• Hardware replacement: COMPUTER WORLD or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within 10 working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times might vary depending on customer location.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship UPS, Fedex, And USPS. Most orders will ship within 3 business day. (Overnight shipments placed before 12 PM CST will usually ship the same day. Overnight shipment orders placed after 12 PM CST will usually ship the next business day.

 

30 Day Returns & Replacements Policy

All non-defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of Computer World team, and based on the item being returned. All returned products must be 100% complete and UN-opened if new. Computer World will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account. All defective items must be returned to Computer World within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product. Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by a Computer World agent in writing. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to Computer World. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.

 

Privacy & Security

We “COMPUTER WORLD” do not sell, share, or rent this information to any third party, except as outlined in this policy. The information we collect from our customers is solely to process their orders, and is used to better serve and inform our customers with relevant and pertinent information, such order confirmation, order status updates, and to provide the customer with information on products or services that are available  from us or parties and affiliates associated with us. We may also use such information to better understand the shopping experiences of individual customers or conduct research about groups of customer buying habits. Information collected includes customer names, billing and shipping addresses, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses, payment information such as customer credit card numbers (to process orders). Our use of all such information will comply with applicable law, any limitations imposed on us by the third party providing such information but not necessarily this privacy statement.  Information obtained in the registration process..   In order for you to enter an order into our Site, and for us to process your order placed on our Site, you will first need to complete the ''New Account Registration'' form. Here you will be required to provide your contact information, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone and fax numbers. This information will also be used to provide you with important updates regarding your order status including shipping and tracking information.  Ordering Process..   The information that is collected during the registration process will also be used to process your order. In addition during the ordering process you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, CSV code, wire transfer, purchase order, money order and check information.
